Editorial Independence & Governance Principles

The Editor-in-Chief, supported by the international Editorial Board, exercises absolute and uncompromised authority over all editorial and academic decisions. Acceptance, revision, rejection, or retraction of manuscripts is conducted exclusively on scientific merit, originality, methodology, and ethical compliance. Neither the Legal Publisher, the International Publishing Management, nor academic partners interfere in peer-review outcomes.

Independent Processing of Editor and Board Submissions (COPE Compliance):

To prevent conflicts of interest, if the Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editor, or any Editorial Board member submits a manuscript to the journal, they are completely excluded from handling, evaluating, or viewing the peer-review records of that submission. Such submissions are assigned to an independent Guest Editor or a designated senior Associate Editor, and the peer review is conducted via a blind review protocol with full confidentiality.
